CLS maintains a very high bar on commercial cleaning standards.
When CLS begins a new relationship, we complete a comprehensive Intensive Initial Cleaning of the facility to bring it up to our Hygienic Cleaning Standards. New business partners are typically very surprised at what we find which was left behind by their previous cleaning company.
Throughout our relationship, we maintain these high standards.
Some building owners have tried to use less expensive cleaning companies and switched back to CLS.

When we returned, we found an enormous amount of dust and dirt embedded in the restroom tile and grout; it appeared as though the restroom floors had not bee scrubbed during those two years.
Once again, we performed our Intensive Initial Cleaning and brought this floor back to near-new appearance.

This shows the amount of dirt we found underneath a Pedimat at a new building during our Intensive Initial Cleaning.
We lifted the Pedimat and were shocked to see how much dirt was under it.
This picture is just one section and was taken when we were more than half-way through cleaning underneath it. When we finished with the entire Pedimat area, we estimate removing about 100 pounds of dirt.
Pedimats and floor mats keep dirt and debris from getting into the building and when they are overly saturated with dust, they no longer work as they are supposed to.
