We are active members in the Illinois Chapter of the US Green Building Council, which is based in DuPage County.
The U.S. Green Building Council-Illinois Chapter, Greater Southwest Suburban Branch, is a nonprofit membership driven organization that advances buildings and communities that are sustainable, prosperous and healthy. The Illinois chapter has approximately 1,400 members that include a diverse representation of those interested in the building and maintenance of environmentally healthy buildings and facilities.
The Indoor Air Quality Association (IAQA) was established in 1995 to promote uniform standards, procedures and protocols in the Indoor Air Quality industry. The Association provides ongoing education through IAWA conventions, chapter workshops, webinars, and other educational forums. The organization helps fund various research support into issues including human performance and Indoor Air Quality, as well as mold remediation.
