Cleaner Living Services performs janitorial services that are as environmentally preferred as possible. In addition to green cleaning products, we also use environmentally preferred equipment and techniques.
As an example, Cleaner Living Services uses a vacuum thatpicks up particles as small as .3 micron, where most bags can only capure 1 micron. This mean even the smallest particles, such as dust mites, dust mite eggs, bed bugs and bed bug eggs are captured and eliminated from your environment.

LEED v4 Is Coming!
What it means for cleaning existing buildings and cleaning
The official launch of the revised LEED v4 will be at the Greenbuild Conference & Expo on November 20 – 22, 2013 in Philadelphia. However, both versions of LEED (v3 or 2009) and v4 will be operational until 2015.
In regards to the use of cleaning products and materials, the threshold for compliance has been changed from 30% to 75%. Additionally, the referenced standards have been updated to include products that are Green Seal certified, Environmental Choice certified, recognized by the EPA’s Design for the Environment (DfE) or cleaning devices that use only ionized water or electrolyzed water and have third-party verified performance data.
CLS uses cleaning products, equipment and liners that meet LEED standards and we are already LEED v4 compliant in the products and materials we use in your facility.

To Whom It May Concern:
(Our company) takes great pride in the appearance of our new 1.2M square foot world corporate headquarters in Lisle, Illinois.
Cleaner Living Services, Inc. has provided us with exceptional janitorial services for many years at our previous corporate headquarters.
Therefore, we decided to use their company when we moved our headquarters to Lisle. The fact that Cleaner Living Services, Inc. has been our cleaning service of choice for many years, demonstrates their ongoing commitment to maintaining our building to our high cleanliness standards.
Our specifications and requests are sometimes outside of daily routine cleaning and Cleaner Living Services completes whatever is necessary to ensure that all requests are promptly addressed.
Their management team is personally involved in all aspects of cleaning and they invest a lot of resources to guarantee that our property is deep cleaned beyond just the visible appearance.
As a Director of Facilities Services, it is comforting to know that our employees come in daily to healthy and clean building and they are proud of their work environment." |
